About Us
OPEI is a collaboration of Ohio SBDC Export Assistance Network at Youngstown State University, Northwest Commission of Pennsylvania and Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber who have joined together to enhance international trade efforts and foreign direct investment in the eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania region. This collaborative export initiative was organized as a resource to provide direct technical assistance to businesses, work with academic and government leaders on the impacts of international trade, and strengthen the overall regional economic environment.
